Privacy notice

This portal is run by the MUSA owners' organising group to prepare a collective legal action. It collects your contact details, information about your lot and the documents you choose to upload.

Who can see your data

• You, and only you, among the owners.
• The organising group's administrator and the appointed law firm, to analyse and prepare the case.

How it is processed

• Files are stored encrypted in a private storage bucket in the European Union.
• Documents are analysed by an AI model (Google Gemini, paid API tier — not used to train models) to describe, rename and summarise them for the lawyers.
• Every view or download by staff is recorded in an audit log.

Retention

Data is kept only for the duration of the legal action and deleted afterwards. You can ask the administrator to delete your data at any time.
